We reached out to Xeltec in March 2019 and asked them to provide us with a proof of concept for a new subsystem that we were building. They rose to the challenge and delivered a great POC in the four-week timeframe. Since, that time Xeltec has been a great partner for us. They are an integral part of both our architecture and development teams. We will continue to expand our Xeltec team in 2020 and we look forward to growing with them.

Every full-time team member at Xeltec follows a personalized career path, developed with support from their leader. While official career paths provide a structured framework for growth, we also offer a more flexible, informal path. This alternative can be combined with or separated from the main path at any point, ensuring your development aligns with your interests and aspirations. We value and encourage input from our team to shape these opportunities.
At Xeltec, we focus on long-term collaboration but also offer opportunities for freelancers. Project assignments are managed by our PMO team during the onboarding process. Typically, you’ll work on one project at a time, with the possibility of transitioning to a new project over time, especially for longer assignments.
The deadline indicates the timeframe in which we expect your submission. If you need extra time to prepare your response, let us know, and we may extend it. However, submitting sooner helps keep the recruitment process smooth and timely.
