The client needed a platform connecting students with landlords for long-term accommodation, featuring listing management, tenant interviews, and integrated payments.
Implemented Solution
We developed a scalable web portal connecting landlords and tenants for long-term rentals. We also developed a robust search function, powered by Amazon Elastic Search, enabling tenants to quickly find ideal accommodations tailored to their needs.
Results
We successfully launched 4stay within a 4-month timeline. The platform now boasts over 100,000 rooms across 160 countries, having facilitated long-term accommodations for more than 10,000 students.
